a space to listen once again to how our body speaks and our heart sings

Coming back home and reconnecting with parts of ourselves that may have been buried and forgotten.

Immersing ourselves in the energetic healing potency of being in ceremony together with collective intention and open expression

We will release, activate, uplift, reground and recenter through an intuitive weaving of rituals and practices…

Receiving wisdom and being guided by the plants in a herbal elixir tea circle

Connecting to the earth and allowing the elements to move through us and support our expression

Singing together in circle, intuitively moving our bodies

Shifting, clearing and transmuting blocked energy in ways that feel good for the soul

Finishing with an instrumental & vocal medicine journey by Lauren.

So let’s kick off our shoes, shed our layers, open our hearts and re-attune to our inner rhythm and the earth’s frequencies.

What to bring: A journal/paper & pen for journaling, warm layers for meditation.
