Massaging and tending to the sacred parts of the body where we hold a lot of tension but can often get brushed over too quickly in a massage. These divine areas are portals where energy flows in and out and we have many pressure points too.

I will then take you through a guided meditation and breath to bring you into your heart space with gratitude and loving kindness. The cacao ceremony can be performed at the beginning or end of any session. This is a beautiful way to slow down, soften and connect inward.
