Hi, I’m Lauren,
I am a Reiki Master, Qualified Masseuse, Holistic Facialist, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Sacred Space Holder with over 16 years experience in the Wellness Industry.
I have a deep passion for holistic wellness and believe that the way to finding peace & harmony within is by nourishing our mind, body and soul.
Over my years of experience in the wellness industry I have worked in a number of different environments all over the world, including two years as a mobile therapist in London and seven years as a Spa Therapist onboard a range of luxury super yachts, sailing to various corners the globe.
Over this time I discovered and learnt many healing methods & techniques from different countries and different cultures. I now take pleasure in combining these techniques to bring a bespoke infusion of therapies into each and every treatment I preform.
