  • In my tailored holistic facials, I use a range of highly formulated botanical skincare products including Lesse, Noto, May Lindstrom, Country Kitchen, Maryse and Enki Organics. Feeding the skin with much needed nutrients, and support to find its own natural balance.

    I believe facial massage is one of the most nurturing and beneficial ways to uplift healthy and radiant skin. I use a range of specialised facial massage techniques which aid in the movement of fresh blood cells and nutrients to the surface of the skin and support lymph drainage as well as having a deeply uplifting effect to the skin's tissues.

  • Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that allows us to open our heart space and connect deeper within and hold reverence for mother nature. Enjoy this hot elixir after your treatment for even deeper nourishment for the soul.

  • The tea ceremony is performed at the beginning of the session before your treatment. This is a beautiful way to slow down, soften and connect inward before receiving your treatment. We will sit together and share a small amount of soul nourishing herbal tea, closing the eyes, slowing the breath and slowing down. I will then take you through a guided meditation and breath to bring you into your heart space with gratitude and loving kindness. You will then feel much more calm, aligned, open and ready to receive your beautiful healing treatment.

  • The cacao ceremony can be performed at the beginning or end of any session. This is a beautiful way to slow down, soften and connect inward.

    Honouring and allowing this sacred plant medicine to ground you, open your heart centre and bring you back home to yourself and your truth.

    We will sit together and share a warm cup of cacao, closing the eyes, slowing the breath and slowing down. I will then take you through a guided meditation and breath to bring you into your heart space with gratitude and loving kindness. You will finish feeling much more calm, realigned and grounded.

    Includes sound healing and an intuitive card reading.
