Hi, I’m Lauren, a Holistic Wellness Therapist.
I am a Reiki Master, Qualified Masseuse, Holistic Facialist, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Sacred Space Holder with over 16 years experience in the Wellness Industry.
I have a deep passion for holistic wellness and believe that the way to finding peace & harmony within is by nourishing our mind, body and soul.
These days the lives we live are very crowded and fast faced. With a lot of output. We have less and less time in our day and our week to slow, soften and tune inward. The space I create and the therapies I offer are a sacred time to do just this. Precious time to soften, open, unwind and receive.
My intention in each practice I preform is for you to feel grounded and at peace. Finding clarity and calm amidst this wildly busy world.
I offer a range of holistic treatments and events that can be viewed here. Each treatment is tailored to meet your individual needs on that day.
