Join me for an afternoon of nourishment for the soul. 

Many of us are feeling more and more overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. Wearing too many hats, juggling too many balls, chasing our tails and ticking off a never ending to-do list. We are often left feeling exhausted, disconnected, ungrounded and unfulfilled at the end of each day. 

So let’s take this afternoon to slow down, unwind and reconnect inward, coming back home to ourselves. Sitting together in circle with fellow women and embracing some much needed stillness to tune back into our hearts and remember our own divine wisdom within. Healing together, softening together, rising together.  

There will be a cacao ceremony, where we will sit together and share this beautiful heart opening elixir drink. 

I will take us through some intuitive healing practices. We will put pen to paper through journaling and use the healing power of writing to express what is in our hearts. 

We will finish with a guided meditation, sound healing and reiki energy healing. 

You are sure to leave feeling grounded, lighter and replenished.

What to bring: Your favourite mug for cacao, A journal/paper & pen for journaling (optional - we do have paper and pens available), blanket or warm layers for meditation.
